Dr. Hughes will be discussing this hot topic with particular reference to the mid-20th century and the ongoing 'Taiwanese issue', after having monitored the recent election where the DDP won, in Taipei.
Dr. Hughes is Doctor of International Relations at LSE and part of the Asia Study Centre, specialising in Chinese/ Taiwanese politics plus information technology.
